Owner and Head Chef Sanjay Trivedi has been crafting exceptional Indian dishes since 2008. He started his culinary career working in prestigious five-star hotels like The Oberoi and Sheraton across India, Dubai, and other Middle Eastern countries. With years of expertise, Sanjay brings a unique touch to every dish, using his own blend of handcrafted spices to enhance aroma and flavour, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
